We have purchased a Teak door priced at 58k for our house from Arya bhangy in bangalore at Richmond Road. The company mentioned that the door has a guarantee of 25 yrs against any damage while purchasing.Within a month the door has shown visible cracks when reported back their representative. He came took initials pics and went back after that not the branch in Bangalore nor anybody from the company are looking into our complaint. We sent a written complaint to the Company as well. We want a full refund of the money as the service and the workmanship is very poor.
