India Today (Hindi)magazine – money paid but magazine not delivered

I paid Rs.875/- online through CITIBANK XXXX8973 credit card to India Today Group WeCare Website on 21/12/2013 to subscribed for India Today (Hindi)magazine. After payment, I received email from India Today Group WeCare quoting “Thanks for being our customer, further for any reference your WEBID is : CC-SSP-131221-304469 and your Customer ID :N74845E81 Shortly will send you your Account details”. It is alreday more than 5 months and till date, I have not received any copy of the magazine and on telephonic inquiry, I found that my booking is not in record.In this regard, I sent all the documents including bank statement copy to India Today through speed post. I have requested many times to start my India Today hindi subscription but still India Today is not responding.
