Sir/Madam. i had ordered for lotto marathon combo offer on12/12/2013. after watching ad on tv. I got product delivered on 16/12/2013 according to condition of cash on delivery .i paid to delivery man. But when I opened it was not the actual order what I had. It was duplicate of lotto. The same moment I called on customer care no and registered a complaint about. but still I did not get the actual order.

There is loss of rs. 3000/. Which is the quarter part of my salary.which I had collected since 3 minths. Just to present to my brother on new year. Its a big loss for me economically and mental.
