I did an order (100014396) at indiaemporium.com on April 9, 2014. It was 251 $. They sent me 1 item, value 11 $, then told me the other items were out of stock (3 weeks after the order!). Now they don’t answer me anymore. I want my money back. How can I sue them? I live in Spain.

Kindly help me get my shipment or the refund processed otherwise this should stand as a review for other shoppers across the world on the behavior of IndiaEmporium.
