I am carrying IOB Debit Card my account no. is 1498010000 25216 and I went to with draw money from the ATM of HDFC sant nagar Burari, Delhi-84 on 2 May 2013. 1. Transaction ok but could not get money. amount was Rs.10K 2. I tried again with the same amount and gain transaction was ok but could get money Rs.10K 3. My account was debited twice i.e 20K 4. second transaction was credited on the same but first transaction was credited on 14 May 2013. 5. But first transaction was debited again on 18 May 2013 with the Rs.10K. Still I my account is not credited again with the Rs.10K. Kindly intervene in this matter so that I can get my money back.

I want that transaction back into my account i.e Rs.10K
