There was no intimation regarding the change/ partial cancellation of the train for which I booked a ticket online on IRCTC. The ticket issued had Secunderabad (SC) as boarding point but the train never arrived at Secunderabad. Instead it was moved to Bolarum Railway station, as the new starting station. There was no intimation of any kind to me regarding this change. This has caused a great inconvenience to me as I had to pay huge amount to a private taxi to take me to Bolarum Railway station from Secunderabad. This is a very irresponsible behavior from the South Central Railway. My ticket details are as follows, 1. PNR-4358306882, Train No. 57563, DOJ-23-01-2014, Time:23:10, Class: 3A, SC to NED. 2. PNR-4158569483, Train No. 57564, DOJ-28-01-2014, Time:23:30, Class: 3A, NED to SC. I was charged a FULL Fare of INR 470+Setvice Tax on both my tickets despite the change in starting station for The Train.

I desire a compensation of INR 15,000 towards the physical, mental and financial inconvenience caused to me.
