Train no.12542 was diverted without any prior information and no alternative was provided for travel.My reservation which was from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Lucknow (Train no.12542,PNR 8217199058) was changed to Bhopal without any prior information.I had to reach to Lucknow for my sister’s wedding.As we reached for help to the station master he said he was helpless and nothing could be done.I was stranded there looking for an alternate option but had to finally book a flight as no other option was available.I have also lodged a complaint with central railway (no. 215406)

I want the difference in fare that I had to pay to travel by Flight i.e. 10,031-1,377.47= 8600 INR approx.
