Rakhi was sent by registered parcel booked by Sunil Dhanuka, Dhanuka Mandir, Fatehpur Shekhawati at Fatehpur Shekhawati Post Office under Sikar Dist. Rajasthan vide receipt no.CR123570547IN dated 30.07.2014 for delivery to Subhash Garg, C/O The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. Red Cross Building, North of Gandhi Maidan, Patna-800001 (Bihar). But the same has not yet been delivered despite lapse of considerable time which smacks of some foul play.

Responsibility should be fixed on the erring official with the appropriate punishment so that, it is not repeated in future.
