I ordered Galaxy Note on 3rd December where I paid using Credit card. There was a sale offer where Galaxy Note was available for Rs.26500 where as the price at other site was Rs. 29900. Phone was delivered on 6th Dec, but I saw that the seal of package was broken and it looked like a used or repaired case. I immediately lodged a complaint. Next day I was asked to send a snapshot of broken seal and was assured of replacement. I sent the snap of seal. There was no response, I called and was told that case has been escalated and will be solved. Resolution date was mentioned as 29th Dec. After few followups reverse pickup was done on 22nd December and and New order was created on 24th December, with assurance of delivery by 2nd Jan. I followed up few more times and was told shipment will be done by 2nd Jan. Which did not happen, I followed up and was told shipment will be done by 3rd Jan and another case was opened for it. At the same time the price of Galaxy note has slashed and now it is available at Rs. 26.5 K along with free flip cover worth Rs. 1.7K at all leading online shops. It was to be a Christmas gift to my wife, whose phone was giving some trouble, I couldn’t even gift it as new year gift and now her old phone has stopped working completely and I have to buy a new replacement phone today anyhow.
Fullrefund or Product delivery and compensation for all the agony caused due to delay.
