Indiatimes Online Shopping – Amount not refunded poor service by care centre

I had placed a order for samsung galaxy core mobile on 11th of December 2013 on Shopping.indiatimes.com using my HDFC credit card. I have choose the option pay with EMI, I choose 3 emi option and make the payment but after payment site crashes and i got a email from shopping.indiatimes.com that payment failed but when i received my credit card statement it shows that amount had been paid it reflects in my credit card statement. Since that day i am coordinating with indiatimes customer care and every time got a same reply we are working on this please allow some time to resolve the case it has almost 25 days passed but still i am waiting for my amount. Request you to please help me to get my amount back and alos take appropriate action against this e commerse site.

I want my amount back with compensation for my mental harrasment by this ecommerse site
