Indiatimes Online Shopping – damaged product

Dear Sir/Mam, I had purchased portable laptop table from India times shopping, but when I received I found it damaged and called same day to the customer care and requested them to reimburse my amount. I had also send them the snaps of broken table as per their requirement and they confirmed me that they have received it. They promissed to do the same and registered complaint no 998111. They promissed me to arrange reverse pickup. My order no is 3002536006 I received it on 25th July 2013 since then nothing has been done at there end I had tried and called customer care many times but no any action taken. I request you to please Inquire the case and do the needful.

Full refund of my amout along with delivery charges that I had paid.
