Case Id – 955940 Order Number – 3002452700 HCL Me U1 Tab With iProf Educational 16GB SD Card With Course Features – IIT-JEE Complaint – 1. I was delivered DEFECTIVE item (HCL ME1 tablet with iProf) 2. I registered complaint withing 24 hours of receiving this defective item. 3. I was told to visit HCL service center, which lead to my 5000+ expenses (leave + fuel) 4. HCL service center admitted that its defective item, gave it in writing, which was scanned and shared with Indiatimes shopping. I even arranged a call from HCL service center and Indiatimes call center executive. 5. Now HCL service center is not ready to issue DOA (as per their changed process) 6. India times executive tells me that it is my right and I should get it from HCL service center. 7. Till now that defective item is with me and I have not got any refund till now. 8. HCL service center tried to resolve issue by re-installing software, which did not resolve the issue, But in the process they have un-installed iPROF software as well.
1. I want to return this defective item. 2. I need my money 7200/- back 3. I need a compensations of 10000/-. I had to take leave for one day to visit HCL service center. Spent fuel of 500/-. Facing harassment since last 24 days.
