I have recently purchased a mobile(Lenovo A390) from Indiatimes shopping(on 11th of July). The Product was defective from the very first day as its screen light continuously blinks all the time. I contacted Indiatimes Customer support and asked them to refund/replace, they told me that I will have to visit Lenovo service center as it was under manufacturer warranty. I visited lenovo service center and there they asked me to leave as the Phone IMEI number is not registered with them and they didn’t accept phone to repair. I contacted lenovo customer care via mail but still not got any solution from them. However Indiatimes Shopping have again registered a case for me but still I am waiting for possible solution. Details of Purchase: Order Details: Order No- 3002493001 Issue Reported Already and was closed- 976901 (Case ID) New Case registered with them and pending- 990886. Thank You Pawan Kumar
