I purchased a Lotto Black Leather Men Analog Watch_LTB-102 on 26-Nov-2013 through online shopping cart of Indiatimes Shopping. My order no is 3002840646. After getting the product, within 2 days it is not working. The product has 1 year manufacturer warranty. I have also posted a refund request to their website and connected to customer care.They advised me to contact to Lotto Service center first. But when I asked for Lotto Service center information near to my location, then every time they are miss guiding me and trying to ignore the matter. All time they are giving me wrong information about Lotto Service center.

I want to replace the defected product or money refund.
