Indiatimes Online Shopping – Order Cancelled after 2 weeks of no information

I placed an order on July 14, 2013 with delivery date of July 26, 2013 and entire payment was made in advance. During entire period of 10 days no one from Indiatimes contacted me about inability to deliver the order. After raising a complaint on July 27, 2013 (complaint no. 1000532) no immediate resolution was provided and my order was cancelled by indiatimes on July 30, 2013 after locking my amount of INR 1493/- for 15 days.

I want interest to be paid along with the original sum with applicable rate of interest in practice currently from the day of placing the order till the amount reflects in my credit card statement.
