Respected sir, my name is Ajay from mumbai. I had ordered mobile phone IntexAquaI5 on dated 29 july 2013 indiatimes shopping.com . my ordered number is that 3002555402. I had paid for this product10,000 rs. They promised me your product delivered 12/7/2013 but This time they said to me your product will not be delivered therefore stock is not available this time and your ordered had been cancelled I said please refund my money but they did not response me. There have been numerous conversations with the company regarding this through e-mail and phone but still I have not received the mobile set or the refund. I am very disturbed about it.please you do something and action against him.please help me.

The mobile set costed around Rs. 10,000/-. And, I have wasted my valuable time and energy in trying to settle with the company by e-mail and phone

want my refund please as soon as possible.
