This is to inform you that I am a resident of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh & I had purchased a mobile phone (Lenovo S880) amounting Rs.14031/- on 25-Jan-2013 from Indiatimes Shopping & was using it. But on 05-Aug-2013 my phone got switched off suddenly & I had tried a lot but it did’nt turned ON. After that I had submitted the cell phone at Authorised Service Centre of Lenovo Mobile, Lucknow for one month but the problem has not been solved. After detailed inspection the service centre representative informed me that the phone is permanentaly dead & it will be replaced through the dealer from which I have purchased the phone. For the process of replacement, I have been provided a “Lenovo DOA Certificate” by the Service Centre. After that I created a complaint through Indiatimes website bearing a case i.d. 1075650 on 10-Sep-2013. After creation of the case, the indiatimes had declared the resolution date till 26-Sep-2013 & I was communicating with indiatimes customer care regularily but they were not responding properly & were sending me consoling replies only. They have made me suffered a lot by making a lot of delay but no resolution made till date. On 05_oct-2013 Indiatimes asked me for return delivery of product. After that I returned the Dead Cellphone back to Indiatimes on 07-Oct-2013 through Fedex Express (Tracking i.d.803106769530) & the same has been delivered to Indiatimes office on 08-Oct-2013′ On 10-Oct-2013, the dealer asked me for a DOA Certificate. The “Lenovo DOA Certificate” provided by the Service Centre dated 11-Oct-2013 had been forwarded by me to the dealer i.e. (Indiatimes Shopping) on 12-Oct-2013. Since 12-Oct-2013, I have not received any resolution for the case i.d. 1075650 created by indiatimes. They are befooling me & making un-necessary delays. Whenever I ask them via e-mail, I receive a reply that your case is under process Please wait for some time. For your kind information, I want to let you know that 48 days have been passed away since case creation & 19 days have passed away since returned delivery of the cell phone back to the dealer (i.e. Indiatimes) but no resolution have been made till now. I have suffered a lot in this case. So, please help me to resolve this concern. Thanks & Regards Amarjeet Singh
The amount for the dead phone should be refunded back to me. As I am suffering since 5th August 2013
