I had purchased a Roti maker of Needx brand through Indiatimes shopping vide order no 3002473648 dated 30th June and the same was delivered by 12th July 2013 but on using the same I found that the same was not working properly. I wrote a mail to the website which asked us to take it to the nearest service center. There is no service center for this product in Chennai where I live. The number (099580 57752) of the manufacturer they gave will cut the line the moment I tell them about the complaint. The website later on reverse picked the product in August 2013 and have not heard from them since then. I have called several times to the help line who either dont respond of cut a sorry figure and have written several mails to them without any response

I need a settlement of Rs 50,000/- for the harassment I have gone through and the mental pain during the said period.
