DEAR SIR, my name is ravi darade. i placed the order for maharaja food processor on 21 june 2013. the order number is 3002445009 and shipment number is ARAMEX/40084608222 which is not delivered to me and the reason is RTO. then indiaimes took more 21 days and new order was generated which number is 3002510051 and i got a phone call that i will be received my product within 25 july. but next day that order also cancelled by indiatimes and after long conversation they again created new order number 3002519249 on 16 july 2013. which one is also cancelled by indiatimes. Indiatimes all representatives ask me for refund why????? if i want refund why i place the order??????. Today indiatimes crossed the limit of my patience and told me that they did not get my payment. I don’t know how on earth someone needs one month to deliver, when entire world is doing it in 4-5 working days. shopping with Indiatimes services is just pathetic. How disgusting this can be? Because of incompetence and sheer irresponsibility of Indiatimes. Now it was almost one month passed since i placed the order but in one month Indiatimes will not be able to deliver my product. This is not the true online shopping service which indiatimes provide to me. so pls think what indiatimes done the job for my order. If you provide this type of service even after payment received to you how the person shop again with you. No customer on earth has all the time to follow-up these things like write emails and make phone calls for such a simple thing. I never felt that this all is happen with such a big named Indiatimes group. Now i already lost my patience because No one can wait one month for online shopping. I hope this is my last request to Indiatimes. So Please show some mercy on my hard earned money and try to deliver my product as early as possible and do the needful.
