I purchased a Blackberry 9530 mobile through Indiatimes Shopping as promoted by The Times Of India.The details are : Invoice No. 4079, Dated 21 Jul 2011 Order No. 113114536 Sub Order Number 3961116 Mobile Set : 980003005898851 The mobile set was faulty and was picked up for repair/ replacement by the courier service provided by the company (AFL Courier, AWB NUMBER-700013506603) in Dec 11. However, the company never returned it back. There have been numerous conversations with the company regarding this through e-mail and phone but still I have not received the mobile set or the refund.
The mobile set costed around Rs. 10,000/-. And, I have wasted my valuable time and energy in trying to settle with the company by e-mail and phone (they have only provided a toll free number which is largely busy)
The cost of the mobile set plus interest on the amount and compensation for my valuable time and energy in settling this deal. Total Rs. 50,000/-.
