I had ordered binoculars and was shipped pakistani cheap binoculars instead of russian binoculars. It has pakistan flags, ISI marks etc on it. I asked them to refund by its been 20 days and no resolution on it. Case no 588778, 585534, 588749

This was bought as gifts for our company employees. We were not able to give them anything and its a huge mental harassment.

We want entire refund back from them.
