Order Id is 3003090112 I paid Rs.9891/- for 9Pcs of I-BALL 162 which they promise to delivered within 4working days also I got order confirmation on 06/03/14 thro mail. but on 08/03/14 they called and told me about the cancellation of order by stating that can’t delver to my address. I questioned them why they have processed the order, they declined to give any answer and told me that that they have no stock available. Which is contradictory. I am concerned with following 1. Why they promised and collect money if they can’t deliver it? 2. If they have no stock, why they give advertisement in newspaper for same product (vijaykarnataka PAGE NO.4 ON 08.03.2014) 3. They are holding my money illegaly without any written communication. It’s nothing but daylight cheating.

Strignent punishment must be given for fradulant way of shiponing the money in the way of advertisement and false promise. Since this is being carried out by the newspaper itself it must be treated as public complaint since it’s misleading the public. Compensation must be at par thier daily newspaper subscripion amount. Min.of Rs.200000/ as compensation for failing to deliver and illegally holding the money by fradulant manner
