Indiatimes Shopping – faulty product received .

Sir, I have purchased a mobile phone online from Indiatimes Shopping on 13 Dec 2012 and made an online transaction of Rs.13,191/-. As promised the product was delivered to me on 24 Dec 2012. When i opened the parcel the product seal was not there and also the product which they sent to me was a faulty one. As when I took it to Sony service centre, they said that the product is faulty one and issued a DOA (Dead on Arrival Certificate) to me by keeping the phone and the box with all its accessories with them. When I complained to Indiatimes they asked for DOA and I sent it on 26 Dec 2012 to them. Now that I am calling their customer care since 26 Dec 2012 and had made a number of calls but no one is listening to me, and they always a say that sir a reverse pickup is being arranged but the product is with SONY and they have a policy that DOA is issued against faulty product once they keep it with them. Now when I call them nither they are listening to me nor they are giving any solution to the issue., I was also promised 5-6 times that I will get a call from my case manager but till date nothing happened. Order No at Indiatimes shopping : 3001785633 Case Id at INDIATIMES shopping : 593366 sir i am also attaching the copy of DOA certificate. Now I want to CANCEL my order and they are not doing that. Please help me out as they are foul playing with me and making fool of me everytime I call them as they have a paid number at customer case and I have to make STD calls everytime on +91 9024666666 and +91 9024888888
