sir, my name is –sada shiv mishra. On 15 oct 2013 i order a xolo a500s(mobile) of Rs..5641 through net banking from indiatimes shopping and expected date of delivery was 0n 24 oct 2013. .i called them on 22nd oct 2013 they told me that your product will reach you on time. I again called them on 24 oct 2013 they told me that product is not available and we make it available very soon. and on 26 oct 2013 they told me that your product cannot be delivered at your location so we are cancelling your product.

if product was not available then why they booked my product? and if my area was non serviceable then why their site showed that product can be delivered at your location?

please suggest.
