I had done a on-line shopping order at India times shopping for the product Home Sparkle of 3 cubes for Rs 899 on may 13 2014 and and as per their it was to be delivered to my address on may 22 .i got a sms alert on may 21 that it has been shipped but on checking the bluedart courier tracker the product has been returned on May 23 itself without any reason, On enquiring with their customer care number they confirmed that it will be sent back to me june 5 .I had closely followed up on june 5 2014 but again the blue dart tracker showed returned to shipper .On enquiring with blue dart they confirmed that the product has not been despatched from the their Delhi office itself as India times has not provided the documents for despatch .Again when i called them they said it will reach me on June 11 and they gave POD NUMBER which has wrong .I Spoke to their customer care supervisor who said he will get back to me within 48 hours but he didn’t give a revert .i have spoken to different people about 12 times and still i have not got it .at last i got revert that the order has been cancelled and the fund will be refund stating that i have asked for the same whereas i have not requested for the same. i had replayed asking this but i have not get any revert.order no: 3003254813,3003288630 .
