Hi, Order: 3002729306 I placed a oreder on indiatimesshopping for nokia mobile on 11th october. It’s been 17 days since then and product is not yet shipped. Customer care handled it very badly .2-3 supervisors ( komal,monica,naresh) promised fast delivery and update every 24 hours. Esclation desk is handling it very badly ( Mr hari and other escalation manager promised update every 24 hours but in vain,He also promised call back from customer care manager but in vain).They are not connecting me to category head nor escalating the complaint to customer care head.Their SLA is violated way beyond limits and also their customer handling is very poor . I would want the product at the earliest and also suitable compensation for the delay and poor customer handling. I have email records of all interaction and also voice recording which proves how they lied everytime. Thanks Manjunath (99809 30800)
