Dear sir/mam, I ordered IFB washing machine through Indiatimes shopping on 26th march, 2014 (order no. 3003133096)and also paid Rs. 23904.they commit date of delivery, 7th april. the product has not been delivered yet.a no. of times, i made phone calls to indiatimes customer support, every time i got new answer. they told, the machine is being delivered from muradabad on 8th march. now today they are telling maching has been packed in new delhi. while since 8th march, the site shows the machine has been dispatched by first flight the provided tracking no. (3390008310) doesn’t exit. (jpg attached here for your reference.)they are cheating every time and providing new excuses every time. please look into this matter regarding proper delivery time.

I want quick delivery of my products and they should be warned for future about the committed dates and their false statements.
