I had purchased mobile vide order no. 3002552758 on 28th July, 2013 from INDIATIMES SHOPPING for Rs.6991/- (Mobile – Lava IRIS 458q). But your company could not deliver the mobile even after committing that it will be delivered by 01st August, 2013 and being a Delhi based company. Then the phone was delivered to us on 2nd August, 2013 evening but it dld not started. I contacted your office but it was closed so I contacted them again on 3rd August, 2013 and I was told to get DoA report from mobile company which was taken from Lava (mobile) company and send to their office in morning of 3rd August, 2013. Then they gave me complaint No.1012299. I had given a call to their office / helpline wherein I was told that I will receive a call in 24 hrs and phone will be picked up from my residence and money will be refunded but now it is 08th August, 2013 and everytime I call them, they say that they had called me and I did’nt picked up the phone & when I want to speak to their senior officers, they say that they will call me back but the call never comes to me. Now I have written to them nearly 15 emails and made nearly 20 calls, but till date I have not been able to know when will they will pick the mobile and refund me the money back.
