I had placed an order for a new product from Indiatimes.com company I’ll obviously expect it to receive it in a new unused condition and without any manufacturing defects . The eCommerce company cannot simply send a defective product and expect the customer to go 500 kms carrying 8.5 kgs of load taking leaves from his job spending 3-4 k just to repair a product for which he has paid the full amount to receive the product in new and working condition. The product that I received was dead on arrival. Whats more when contacted the customer over phone what I get is Justdail number to check the service center of the product. To put up my issue in simple words the speakers that I’ve received are not fully functional and one of those speakers is not working.

I want my product replaced or the refund of my money paid.
