Indiatimes Shopping – cracked not replying to me about the status

I had purchased a brand new tablet of Simmtronics from shopping.indiatimes.com on 17-11-13. I received the tablet after 5 days. The screen of the tablet was cracked by me accidentally and I gave the tablet to Simmtronics Service Centre in Mumbai for repairing. I was told by their representative that the tablet will be repaired and I will get the tablet within 25-30 days. I also made partial advance payment to them and I have a copy of that receipt. Till now I haven’t received any assurance from them as to when will I receive the tablet or whether it is repaired or not. After calling them nearly 10 to 15 times, they are still not informing me about any status whatsoever about the tablet and when will I get it back.

I have had to undergo mental stress because the service dept. of Simmtronics company is not replying to me about the status of the tablet and as to when will I get it back. Also they have made me waste my resources in calling them again and again over the telephone.

I want my tablet repaired as soon as possible and given to me at the earliest.
