Dear sir, I have purchased DATAWIND companys tablet(model /ubislate 7cx) via internet provider company INDIATIMES SHOPPING on 23th may, 2014.But it hangs since i have received it.I have sent it to their service center at gurgaon on 12th june, 2014.But till now (21 September,2014) i have not received back after at least 25 phone calls. my device IMEI NO. is IMEI911338700544747 & INVOICE NO. is TI/DEL/05230101.
