Indiatimes Shopping – wrong product delivered failed to give me a satisfy answe

a product which they have delivered to me is differ from which i ordered on site. deliver me wrong product.i registered complaintCase Id. (Complaint Id-1247390) to indiatimes about this,also i talk with customer executive but they are failed to give me a satisfy answer,and whenever i call them for my complaint they always said me your case is under process wait for a days.now after 10 days there is no response from indiatimes

replacement with my actual product which i have ordered.
