I have placed an online order on shopping.indiatimes.com for the inner ware product(Lucy Secret White Full Coverage Bra – ch_bra_119) bearing order no 3002129411 for Rs.344/-.To my shock i received wrong product whose color,size are mismatching with the product they displayed in website.I filed a complaint to customer care Case Id. 764710.it has been 1 month i didnt recieve proper reply till date.Kindly do justice and see that i will get back my amount.
