I had urgent company related meeting in Lucknow on 8th January and had booked Mumbai-Lucknow flight PNR H83LSG on 7th January for Rs 9586. Unfortunately the same flight was supposed to land in Delhi and then go to Lucknow. Due to bad weather, the flight did not reach Lucknow and I was stranded at Delhi. Along with other passengers, I was assured full refund at the Indigo Office.
