I had booked two tickets, that are, one from Hyderabad to Bangalore and one from Kolkata to Hyderabad. I cancelled those tickets and asked for refund of the amounts for those tickets (whatever comes after deduction charges). Instead of repeated requests, the amounts are not yet been refunded. Details of tickets are attached as pdf file.

I am getting my refund back and it can be regarded as economical damage.

I simply want refund of the amounts as early as possible.
