Dear Sir I would like to make a complaint regarding very poor in-flight service in the below mentioned flight of IndiGo Airlines, Flight: 6E 238 Date: 8thDec,12 PNR: EP9HCI From Kolkata to Jaipur Dep: 7.25 am Arrival: 9.35 am Seat: 12A Seq: 075 I had requested for cotton buds mid flight to the air hostess as i was experiencing acute pain because air pressure had developed in my ears but i was told that they do not provide cotton to passengers. As i was experiencing acute pain in my head as well as ears i requested again for cotton but again it was rejected. At high altitudes pain due to pressure build up is a common occurrence. Its a surprise that they do not keep such a small inexpensive thing like cotton in-flight which must be mandatory as air pressure is a common occurrence and also in case of medical emergencies. I demand full compensation in any form from Indigo, as its a complete deficiency in passenger service and I had to suffer very acute pain for nearly 90 mins during in-flight from kolkata to jaipur, such was the pain that I was praying that the plane somehow land soon at Jaipur airport, so that my pain is relieved. I had mailed to them several times from 17th Dec,12 to 25th Dec,12 but every time they have rejected my complaint. I had paid 6200/- as airfare to them. Reply at the earliest.
