Hi, I have ordered a smart phone worth Rs. 14174/- from infibeam on 13th Dec.13. Order Id is 12226701. They given the shipping date 19th Dec13. On that day, that product goes out of stock from website, hence me too cancelled the product and asked for an alternate product. So, I ordered another phone of worh Rs.25099 & paid the balance amount on 28th Dec13. They guaranteed that your product will be delivered to you within 2-3 days but didn’t got my phone till date. They also not replying to my mails. I daily calls to their customer care, but they only asks me to wait for 1-2 days. Please help. My 25000/- is trapped with them
