I have ordered a Akai Home theater model no – mms-9000usfr(black) on 12.07.2013 on online shopping with infibeam.com. my order no- 11209598. before order the delivery date of the product is 2-3 days delivery starts but after payment it shows me 16.07.2013 and delivery by – 22.07.2013.So i cancel my order on 15.07.2013. But till date i have not received any confirmation of my canceled order details and my refund fund. when i want to know more about to my canceled order, the customer care persons told me that the product is out of stock and when i talk with their senior persons they told me that your order will be canceled. but till date i have not received any confirmation of my canceled order.I think the company will be cheat with us because when the payment received they sent me the e-mail about my order item and status of the delivery date but after cancel order they are claim.
my order cancelled on 15.07.2013, but till date i have not received my payment or any confirmation. they are enjoying with my money in their bank account. so firstly i need my fund back and the penalty for the mis-handling with customers is 10times of ordered value.
