infibeam.me – delaying the shipping of the product

I placed my order for LG L90 Dual (White) on 25-03-2014 and paid an amount of Rs. 17490 through e banking. The order no of the said purchase is 12843086 and had to ship the product to Mohammad Aslam Qureshi Flat no. 5, JLNM Hospital Rainawari, Near State Bank of India Srinagar – 190003 Jammu And Kashmir,India Ph. – 91-9419409xxx. The dealer (infibeam.com) mentioned that the product will be shipped by 29-04-2014. Despite repeated emails and telephone calls after the said date, the dealer kept on delaying the shipping of the product. I had to go through lot of harrasment while talking to the customer care executives of the dealer. After several days (on 07-04-2014), when i again called the dealer regarding the status of the order,the executive on the other side said that THEY DONT HAVE THE SAID PRODUCT AVAILABLE WITH THEM and offered me the alternate product. Being very disappointed with this, I asked them to refund the amount so that i could purchase same product from somewhere else. Though the executive accepted this, they said that the refund will take atleast 7 to 21 days. The dealer has wasted lot of my time, energy and money (over long telephone calls) and has CHEATED ME by giving wrong information about the availability of the product them.

1. Main cash of Rs. 17490 back. 2. Rs. 5000 which I had to spend on getting similar product in time. 3. Rs. 10000 as the charges of the harrasment caused to me by the customer executives. 4. Rs. 10000 as compensation for distress and inconvenience caused by the dealer. (TOTAL : RS. 42490)
