,sir,my name is ibad, i have placed an order at infibeam.com on dec 14 for a samsung washing machine- Samsung WA80E5LEC/TL 6.0 K ,order id -12248115 .expected date of shipment was on dec 26 but they didnt shipped it . i contacted them many times and each time , the give me fake promises like it will be shipped in 2 days ,3days etc. 5 days back i got a mail that they will ship by dec 11 but they didnt. now today dec 12 ,still no updates. infibeam.com has took my money and not sending shipment .they are fraud company . plz resolve my problem. thanks. some proofs
