I’veve subscribed for Business World Magazine from infibeam.com in the month of june-rs:750/- but till november i have not received a single copy and requested to cancel on nov-19 they have cancelled and said they have refunded-rs:750/- and the ref:no75503723324003649273822 but not given other details but till now (i,e 11/12/2013)

I haven’t received the amount, if i ask the bank they are also helpless in this matter. I request Infibeam to process the refund as soon as possible to avoid mental agony and stress to a consumer.
