I have ordered (order no 13782342)a mobile by online payment on 21oct 2014. They promise to dispatched up to 23 Oct..after consulting 8-10 times on helpline they even haven’t dispatch my mobile..I borrow money from my OD ac on which I have to pay 10.25% interest.why should I pay such amount.If I will cancel the order they told me that the amount will be refunded after 7-10 days..so its totally harassment .please ban these online shopping Center.

Interest Rs 120 for 30 days & Rs 3000 as today’s price on other store is about Rs 17000. Mobile bill for calling on helpline no-Rs 100,mental harassment isRs 5000/-so total damage-Rs-8220 other than mobile cost which is Rs 13800.Gross-Rs 22022
