i had purchased a policy from ing life insurance hubli branch bearing the policy no 01422926 . i had taken monthly mode and i paid the premium for twenty months and there after stopped the policy was fore closed i visited the branch and surrendered my policy along with the letter for transfering my funds to my sb ac with a cancelled checque . i gave the letter on 09/02/2013 and i had been told by the branch staff that the amount would be credited with 15 working days . but till date the amount has not been credited . i visited the branch called the customer care but there was not a satisfactory reply from them . i request to kindly take necessary action and help me out in getting my claim settled
