Dear sir, Please note that I have been sold 2 policies from private sector insurance company by becoming IRDA authority named Govind saraswat Mobile-9910266326 and +911204895650 and insurance company employees are also involved in this fraud. They have given me wrong information and cheated . Please note the details of policies- 1.Metlife India Insurance Co.Ltd Policy No.20957957 with annual premium Rs.30,000/- Co. person involved is Ravinder kumar mob.9466276172 . Any proposal form is not signed and filled by me.Signature showing in the policy is fake. Paid the same through SBI cheque no.940336 dated 20/11/2012 Palasia branch,Indore and sent the same at Metlife Insurance co. SCO27 1st/2nd floor ,above yes bank sector 14 ,Gurgaon-122001. 2.Birla Sun Life Insurance Policy no.005798040 with annual premium Rs.30,000/- Co. person involved are Sanjay Mishra mob.8802142790 and Rahul Sharma mob.8860418443 . Paid the same through SBI cheque no.940333 dated 11/10/2012 palasia branch,Indore and collected the same by Indore branch person Dharmesh Joshi. Both policies are sold to me entirely on the basis of wrong information and also assurance to cancel both policies within 15 days and refund after deducting Rs.200/- as administrative fee. But so far I have not recieved any refund and companies are denying to cancel the policy . So, I would sincere request to do the needful to terminate both policies and refund amount at your earliest.
