Dear All,
I had an accident and was having scratched in back portion and backdoor of my i10 era. I gave it to workshop of sanjay hyundai in bhosari for repair work and also process claim for the same.
After a week when i received the car, i show still left lots of scratches on it and asking why it is so then delivery person who was responsible for docs& key delivery told me he didnt know anything and talk to person attended it.
No one has replied me on that and also send negative reply in sanjay hyundai customer care but no response.
I dont know what action shall i take?
