Am the Agent for HDFC ERGO General Insurance co. Bangalore since year 2004. But I am not IRDA licenced Agent. They created Referal code and was getting my commissions regularly. But they did not pay me the commissions from May 2010. And they are not bothered to rerspond. Now they blackmailing me to take IRDA agency to release that commissions and they inform that some IRDA audit is going on, so we cant release your commisions like that. Am aware Referal code is not legal. But i want to ask them that, why they realised this after 6 years ? Its amazing. Am not bothered about my commissions, but want some action on erred officials of the company. I mentioned my details below. Kindly do the needful.
