I am RANJAN PRASAD,son of MAHESWAR PRASAD,submitted all necessary document with application for death claim of my father to New India Assurance Company through GTFS on July 2010.MY father took a P.A. policy for 200000 Rs. from New India Assurance Company on 23.08.2000 .His policy No. is 4751220001799/E-47-30933 .I received a enquiry No. from Asansol GTFS branch after submitting necessary document that is 754/200/0910/09/ASN/JPA but I have not received any claim form till now .
