I had secured international roaming facility for USA from your Vile Parle Hanuman Road location. I was supposed to get this facility from 26th Feb to 19th March during my stay in USA. I have not been able to get this roaming since the day I arrived in USA on 27th Feb. When the facility was critical for me, you have failed to provide the same.
Fed up with your service, I am no more interested in the roaming facility and obviously I would not be paying any roaming charges as you have let me down by your utter failure to provide the requested facility.
Let me have your confirmation of the receipt of this complaint.
