Internet connection not working

Hi Sir,

The BSNL internet broadband connection is not functioning at my home. We use a cable connection to the modem. Over the past one week, we have seen that the GREEN LED on the modem, which indicates the availability of Internet, is not glowing.
We are not sure what could have gone wrong. Kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.

Our consumer number is 232018.
