I have subscribed a BSNL Data card (3327142181) to get internet connection. Although they confirmed that its speed will be 234 Kbps, but in practical the average speed is 10 Kbps and it is just not usable. To check mails you have to spend at least an hour and that too is a horrible experience. On top it, it is disconnected very frequently or stay in dormant state. Nothing happened against my repetitive complaints. I also wanted to upgrade the device for higher bandwidth connection. But according to BSNL, I have to buy another device for it and the existing one will be a complete waste. So for the existing connection I lost my money, time and got a lot of pain.
